Our Menu
The menu at our café is constantly expanding and introducing new creations to the Hudson Valley. Pictured is our base menu, with many familiar drinks, while our specials and more unique drinks and pastry options are featured below.
All drinks at VCR are made fresh and from scratch, primarily using locally sourced ingredients. We do not use any form of syrups in our shop, and instead choose to make drinks using homemade sauces and confections that highlight the tasting notes in our coffees. We have a rotating seasonal menu as well as one-off specials when inspired. Our tea is sourced from Rishi Teas, one of the premiere specialty tea importers, and all products are organic, kosher, and fair trade certified.
We have also partnered with Bella Sophia Sugarcrafts to offer some of the best small-batch artisanal pastries in the valley. Items include homemade pop tarts, GF brownies, Vegan-GF crumble bars, and more!
